In your 1:1 discovery call, we talk with you about your business goals and what specific forms of content you need, and how we can help. We then decide if working together is a fit. Once that's done, you make a payment.

We then send you a brief outlining our discussion, along with a contract to be signed by both parties. Our Customer Success Team will then connect with you to discuss milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

We respect the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and this policy explains how we collect and treat any information you give us. You won’t find any complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text. We’ve no desire to trick you into agreeing to something you might later regret.

We value your privacy as much as we do our own, so we’re committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. We ask for only the bare minimum from our customers. We’ll never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and we’ll never give anyone access to it unless we’re forced to by law.

Our payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice. We issue invoices electronically and our bank account details will be included. Our invoices will be in USD. If your currency is different, you agree your payments will be the same value.

You agree to pay all charges associated with international transfers of funds. We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue debts at the rate of 2.5 percent per month or part of a month.

Work begins only upon payment.

We offer rolling monthly packages with a minimum commitment of 6 months. Why? The ROI for content marketing does not come overnight. To see tangible results in web design, we recommend an investment of 9 months to 1 year. You are not obligated to renew your package at the close of the initial 6-month period.
